Payment of a non-refundable deposit of ‘50%’ is required up front to secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of $500.00. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released 7 days after departure if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
The reservation name, the credit card name, and the rental agreement signature must all match. All payments must come from the person on the reservation. We will return any payments (minus the bank fees) received from an amount that does not match the reservation name.
Cancellation Policy: Ninety six and 1/2 percent (96.5%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty Six and 1/2 (46.5%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Yes, we do consider allowing pets in our vacation rental properties on a case-by-case basis. We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we want to accommodate our guests whenever possible. However, there are certain guidelines and conditions that need to be met to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone. If you plan to bring a pet, please contact us in advance to discuss your specific situation.
Check-in is at ‘4:00 PM’ and check-out is at ’10:00 AM’ local time. To avoid additional charges, please abide by our check-in/out time procedures. We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times but with prior approval. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate.
