💳 $1,000 security deposit hold due at least 2 days before check-in
↩️ Deposit is released 5 days after checkout, provided no damages or violations are found

• Only registered guests are allowed
• Exceeding occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation without refund
🚗 Parking: Maximum of 6 vehicles
• No street parking permitted
• Street-parked vehicles may be towed at guest’s expense
🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors
• Indoor smoking incurs a $750 ozone cleaning fee
• Outdoor smoking is allowed only with proper disposal
• Improper disposal may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee

🚿 Shower before entering
🛑 Keep the cover closed when not in use
🌡️ Maximum temperature: 104°F (limit use to a reasonable time)
🧪 Do not add soaps, oils, bubbles, or chemicals
👶 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
🩹 Do not use if you have open wounds or infections
📞 Report any issues or malfunctions immediately

❌ Closed Season: November 1 – March 1
🥂 No Glass: Keep glass away from the pool. $1,000 fee for broken glass cleanup/draining.
🚫 No Diving: Safety first — diving is prohibited.
⚠️ Swim at Your Own Risk – there is no lifeguard on duty.
♨️ Pool Heating: Available for $600 per week. Notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like to use this service.
